What certifications do LunariverX products have?
All our drones and robots meet international standards including CE, FCC, ROHS, and FAA Part 107 compliance. Industrial models have additional ISO 9001:2015 certification. Each product page specifies its certifications.
Which countries do you ship to?
- We ship worldwide to 85+ countries from our warehouses in the US, Germany and Singapore. Customs clearance support is included. Some military-sensitive locations may have restrictions.
What's your warranty policy?
We offer 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects. Batteries have 6-month coverage. Warranty requires product registration within 30 days of purchase. Damage from misuse isn’t covered.
Do you offer customization for bulk orders?
Absolutely. Our OEM/ODM services allow custom branding, payload configurations, and compliance adaptations. Minimum order quantities apply (50+ units for most drones). Contact our sales team for quotes.
